UFC Gym All-Club DUT!

I just finished teaching my first class at the UFC Gym in Honolulu, HI! The class consisted of high-intensity interval training along with a mixture of weight training and cardio, and is referred to as Daily Ultimate Training, or DUT. I absolutely love being a personal fitness trainer, especially because I am continuously inspired by the unwavering passion everyone in this community exudes each and every day. I can't wait to start teaching more classes!
