Unit4 ERP Systems Analyst - London (Hybrid)

I am currently working with a Global firm who is looking to add an experienced Unit4 ERP (U4ERP) Systems Analyst in their team. This is a newly created position due to growth of the company and multiple ongoing/upcoming project work whilst providing user support globally.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent knowledge of U4ERP (Modules - Financials, Project, Logistics and workflow) and experience providing 2nd & 3rd line user support. They will also be comfortable with SQL Server and relational database application, writing and scripting. Since the role is working with the users globally, a good communication skill is a must. The position is Hybrid, office based close to Liverpool street station which is commutable for anyone based in London area as well as Essex/Hertfordshire region.

Apart from providing user support, the successful candidate will be working closely with ERP/IT team members based globally in planning, testing, and configuration of U4ERP modules in implementing business functions.

In order to be considered for this position, you will have:

• Excellent knowledge of U4ERP - multiple modules will be beneficial, not essential
• Proven experience of providing 2nd & 3rd line U4ERP user support
• Good understanding of SQL
• Strong communication skills – Able to liaise with employees at all levels (Technical/Non-Technical)
• Been a part/led U4ERP upgrades/implementation projects
• An understanding of accountancy and also financial practices and procedures (desirable)
• Full eligibility to work in the UK
