- Garnet Award (50 units and under)**: Applauds small-scale properties with 50 units or fewer.
- Onyx Award (Renovation Award): Highlights properties that underwent renovations in the last three calendar years, both interior and amenity upgrades.
- Opal Award (Active Adult/55+): Celebrates properties where at least 85% of the residents are a minimum age of 55+.
- Pearl Award (Lease-up): Recognizes newly established properties, less than 12 months old at the time of nomination.

- Ruby Award (50-299 units): Applauds properties built before 1989 with 50 to 299 units.
- Ruby Award (300+ units): Commends properties built before 1989 with 300 or more units.
- Sapphire Award (50-299 units): Acknowledges properties built between 1990 and 1999 with 50 to 299 units.
- Sapphire Award (300+ units): Honors properties built between 1990 and 1999 with 300 or more units.
- Topaz Award (Mid-Rise): Recognizes properties with nine or fewer residential floors, interior corridors, elevators, and a parking garage.
