He has worked for multiple industries (financial services, oil and gas, sustainable energy, technology, advertising and ad-tech, retail, video games…) as a consultant within strategy boutiques, as a leader within global organizations and as a tech entrepreneur.

Speaking at ITC DIA Europe Amsterdam is Joseph Lu , Director, Longevity Science at Legal & General (and AI-made Carl Fredricksen from the film Up).

Joseph has been trained in medical and actuarial sciences, aiming to maximise the use of scientific, mathematical, and demographic knowledge to manage longevity risk.

His specialties are differences in longevity of sub-populations in the UK, North America and Europe, longevity trends of global populations and measurement of uncertainty of longevity for business decision.

In Amsterdam, Joseph will discuss AI for Analytics, Lower Hanging Fruits, and Envisioning Success across Stakeholder Perspectives.
