Geotechnical Monitoring of a Heritage-Listed Bridge Underpass in Brisbane
RPS, a leading global professional services firm with over 200 surveyors across Australia, was recently commissioned by the Brisbane City Council in Queensland, Australia, to monitor the stability of the heritage-listed Story Bridge. For this task, RPS utilised an automatic geotechnical monitoring system from Trimble® during a recent construction project.

UPG and Trimble partnered to host the inaugural Geospatial Brew and Learn event in Adelaide. This unique event provided attendees the chance to network with industry professionals and engage directly with staff from UPG and Trimble. Participants had the opportunity to explore the latest technology while gaining valuable insights.
The event featured presentations from both UPG and Trimble staff, highlighting the integration of connected field and office workflows. Through the example of a surveying project, the presenters demonstrated how tools like Trimble Business Center (TBC), Trimble Connect, and Trimble Access can enhance efficiency and foster collaboration across teams.
