Across all units…

All units use Vaniman filter bags and are designed for easy maintenance. The Vanguard series models are intended for use with:

• Acrylic
• Gypsum
• Ceramics
• Porcelain
• Die-stone
• Quartz
• Alloy

These units are not necessarily intended for:

• Zirconia (see StoneVac II series of dust collectors)
• Blasting media (recommend SandVac abrasive dust collector)

They all have remote operation capabilities and can all work well with a pre-filter cyclone Accumulator . The Accumulator separates 95-99% of fine particulates from the air before it even gets to the unit; these are almost always recommended, as they extend the life of the motor and cut down on the need to replace filter bags.

All the Vanguard units come with the Vaniman warranty (1-year unit/6-month motor) .
