We are proud to have so many great speakers on board of the Smart Maintenance Conference at ETH Zürich on 3rd of September 2019
After two successful conferences in 2017 and 2018, the Smart Maintenance Conference's third edition is taking place on the 3rd of September 2019.
Check out the program and join our conference on Smart Maintenance at ETH Zürich on 03.09.19. https://www.smartmaintenance.ch/index_eng.html#program
To explore new perspectives in intelligent maintenance systems, we gathered renowned speakers from varied backgrounds, including railway, automotive and aerospace industry, academics and others.
Dr. Kai Goebel from Palo Alto Research Center (who was formerly with NASA AMES Research Center for a long time) will give a keynote on “Does Prognostics Make Maintenance Smarter?” and Prof. Dr. Davide Scaramuzza from University of Zürich will give a keynote on “Are we Ready for Autonomous Drone Inspection and Maintenance?”.
In the track “Different perspectives in Smart Maintenance”, we have renowned speakers from different industries, including aviation, automotive and oil and gas. In the track “New developments in railway maintenance”, we have representatives from different European operators, including DB, ÖBB and Network Rail, but also the points of view from the industry and from the Swiss operators (including RhB, SBB and SOB) will be highlighted in the conference.
Besides the different perspectives from the OEMs and the operators on the Smart Maintenance in the different fields, we have also the scientific point of view with talks from researchers from ETH Zürich, TU Graz and Politecnico di Milano.
At the panel session, we will discuss the crucial topic of “How sharing and collaboration across stakeholders can lead to more reliable and safer systems with decreased maintenance costs?”
