A few of our favorite takeaways from today’s webinar include:

  • While it sounds counterproductive, some friction is necessary to encourage customer self-selection as loyalty members.
  • Clear separation in value of rewards and benefits between loyalty program members and the general public is key. 
  • It always comes back to the customer. You need to figure out how to meet their emotional needs as well as their financial need.
