PMI® Krakow Branch PAM Summit
AI is powerful, but people are the key!
Our team excelled at the PMI® Krakow Branch PAM Summit, emphasizing workforce empowerment in the age of AI. Anastasia Strizh (Head of the Business Analysis Department) and Ryszard Mika (Delivery Director) brilliantly showcased our work.
We thank the IIBA Poland Chapter and PMI PC Krakow Branch for this great opportunity. The event was a valuable learning experience and solidified our commitment to human-centric practices and innovative AI solutions.
Chat and Connect
The Engineering Community and People Marketing teams organize the Chat & Connect sessions, which occur monthly at different locations.
These meetings offer a platform to share professional knowledge, discuss best practices, and spend quality time together, enhancing connections and understanding among team members.
Chat and Connect in Georgia
Our Tbilisi office hosted another Chat & Connect gathering on July 2. It was an enriching experience for everyone involved, and we look forward to more opportunities to connect, learn, and grow together.
Ani Gogichaishvili , L&D Manager, introduced Exadellers to the company's education opportunities, inspiring attendees to embrace new challenges and expand their skill sets. Iveri Golijashvili , Delivery Manager, showcased the transformative power of Kanban practices for Scrum teams, providing valuable insights into optimizing workflows and boosting productivity.
Chat & Connect in Poland
We were excited to host the Krakow Exadel Chat & Connect on July 11 at Techie's Space . We had an evening filled with knowledge-sharing talks and engaging discussions.

Exadel Uzbekistan's 5th anniversary
This journey began in 2019 when we opened our office in Tashkent, marking the start of an incredible adventure. Over the years, our team has continuously evolved, improved, and pushed forward, driving our success in the region.

Integration Workshop in Krakow
Etelka Katona , Regional Lead of HR Managers, visited the Exadel Europe Krakow office to lead an integration workshop and launch the next phase of the integration process.
We had high expectations, and thanks to our fantastic team, the outcome surpassed them. During the workshop sessions, Eyal Zucker , General Manager of Exadel Hungary, contributed valuable insights into post-merger organizational dynamics. Thank you all for your participation!
AI Hackathon 2024
Exadel Georgia again teamed up with BTU • Business and Technology University for an epic AI Hackathon. Over 100 students from 13 universities rose to the challenge of creating innovative AI cybersecurity solutions. They competed for a prize pool of 15,000 GEL, with three teams claiming the top honors.
Brilliant young minds impressed the judges, including Exadel's Project Manager, Iveri Golijashvili . The top prize went to a project designed to empower parents to protect their children by controlling their access to harmful links and websites, including violent content, phishing sites, and gambling.
The Exadel Olympic Games in LATAM
The Exadel Olympic Games fitness challenge is in total progress!
We launched this project to celebrate this month’s Olympics, spanning the Americas (LATAM, Canada, and the US) and encouraging employees to embrace a more active lifestyle. The challenge runs until August 31, 2024.
We’ve partnered with the Voices of Children Foundation in Ukraine to launch a charity lottery. Through this initiative, we aim to raise funds to grant birthday wishes, bring joy to children who need it most, and make some of their dreams a reality.
The funds we raise will go toward organizing surprise birthday celebrations for 50 children whose parents have died, are missing, are in captivity, or have sustained severe injuries.
