This trend is further corroborated by a recent Forbes study, which revealed that 44 percent of graduates are looking for career advancement opportunities, while 36 percent emphasize the importance of job security.

It's no surprise that compensation remains a key factor for job seekers. Recent graduates, often burdened with student loans and entering a competitive job market, view a high salary as a fundamental requirement.
