What Does Good Look Like?

What Does Good Look Like?

Performance metrics that were the benchmark in years past might need to be re-examined in order to define what good looks like today.

Thank you, Jeff.  40 hours on the practice field equals hightened perfrormance during the game.  You never know it all or possess all the skill.  Skills must be practiced and honed, muscles (physical and mental) need reminders.  Focus on the outcome, communicate the right things, share the vision, learn (while maintaining the basics) and having a goal in front of you, sets you on a solid path.

Good stuff and great reminders.  I particularly like the closing:  This year is quickly coming to an end and now is your chance to “raise the bar” for performance expectations in the coming year. Don’t be afraid to set some stretch goals as well. Good people tend to raise their level of performance when expectations increase
