What Else Can Our City Officials Do?
Toronto's history is quickly being destroyed by the wonderful bureaucrats of City Hall that have no idea what the word heritage is about. It slowly started with Sam the Record Man, then Eaton's dissipated and now the Iconic Big Slice.
This wonderful masterminds of reform that make 6 figure salaries that have started to rebuild Toronto by removing our history from the old exhibition Stadium, the defacing of Tip Top Tailors Building on Lakeshore, allowance to the destruction of the theater district which took Ed Mirvish a lifetime to build and now will become a condo complex. What will this geniuses will come up with next maybe building Loft Apartments on the city of Old City Hall so they can walk to work every morning?
I believe that its time for those of us who still remember the great structures of Toronto to voice our disgust with this city planners from hell and stop the nonsense they are creating of our city.

8yI am totally with you on this one. We also need to attract tourists to Toronto. Tourism is a great source of revenue for a country, but if all we have to offer is condominiums they will go elsewhere.
