Rogelio Balado is a Senior Consultant at Sparq, who’s worked in tech for over 20 years and specializes in .NET related technologies. He says the best part of his job is that he gets to be “as innovative as he can be. The company’s culture encourages colleagues to think outside the box, to be creative, and to grow as a leader, as a professional and as a human being.”

When he’s not working, Rogelio enjoys spending time with his family and training his Belgian Malinois dog. Thanks, Rogelio, for making Sparq a great place to work!

Fun Fact: Rogelio shares, “I have always listened to rock music, especially bands from the 80’s, like Metallica, Bon Jovi, Nirvana, Scorpions, and others, with Guns N’ Roses being my favorite one. Living in Cuba, it was not possible to even dream of going to a Guns N’ Roses concert. After I graduated from college, I had the opportunity to travel to different countries. So, in 2012, I was in southern India, the city of Bangalore, when Guns N’ Roses did a concert in the same city. It has been one of those coincidences that don’t happen very often in life.”
