What’s the Best … Approach for Getting Appointed?

Getting your insurance license is only the beginning. Before you can start marketing insurance products to potential clients, you must have a carrier contract in place with the insurer whose products you want to sell. The process isn’t always a fast or easy one, especially for new agents and agencies. And at some point – it varies from state to state – you’ll need that carrier to appoint you with their company at the state insurance department.

Kristy Roberts joins us on the next Compliance DOs & DON’Ts to share her tips for securing carrier contracts and appointments. Kristy is a SILA-A certified insurance licensing expert and a 13 year veteran at Insurance Licensing Services of America, Inc. (ILSA), where she manages the RILS Department.

For her complete list of DOs and DON’Ts for carrier contracts and appointments, join us on Thursday, September 26, at Spot On Insurance, or click on one of the links below to subscribe to never miss an episode.
