What is your mandate?

No, not in the way mandates have been in the news. Not as something someone is telling you, mandating you, to do. Not in the what do you need to do to keep your business afloat, a roof over your head, a paycheck coming...I mean it in the purpose or calling sense -

Every business and professional need clarity in their mission and every individual needs to know our mandates so they can be achieved, in any context.

What is in your life that is totally within your control to shape, manage, and impact, to change and effect?

To me, it can be another way to think about your why - i think it's a goo, practical way of framing things to have successful outcomes- 

What are the reasons you are doing what you are doing? are you on the right path to get there? what's the delta between where you are and where you are today want to be; and how can you close that gap?

Take a look at your entire life. Your family life. Your health life. Your money life. Your business or professional life. Are you setting the foundations to succeed in your mandates, the responsibilities and demands that you have put on yourself? 

Making the greatest impact to help your customers, investors, and team members, and partners; leveraging value and network force multiplier - to do all that it is key to know your role, take ownership of your responsibilities, and keep growing.
