Over the course of my working experience, i have excelled in continuous growth. I am a highly motivated, ambitious self starter that always gets the job done. My focus on results has allowed me to always achieve goals and never give up. Recently graduated from Retail Management Academy (course offered by my company every year for the top 3 employees of each region) .

Managed the two biggest departments and turned them upside down in the first months there, by increasing numbers and sales , providing the best team training and hiring the best candidates .
