Why Every Weight Loss Program is Doomed to Fail

Why Every Weight Loss Program is Doomed to Fail

If you’ve ever tried to lose weight by dieting or exercising, you know how hard it can be.

First, you see a new weight loss plan and you get excited. THIS is the time you’re finally going to do it!

You’re gonna get back in shape and keep it off… for good.

Your enthusiasm carries you over the first few days. Cleaning out your fridge feels enlightening. You feel energized after those first few workouts. You get a little pep in your step as you see a couple of pounds start to melt away.

Everything is going great.

Until one morning you wake up and check the scale. Except this morning, you notice you’re a little heavier than you were yesterday.

No big deal, right? Just a little plateau.

The next morning, you notice your weight is the same as yesterday.

Ok… don’t panic. This happens.

After a few more days without progress you get frustrated and you snap. You slip up and have a big cheat meal. Or you skip a workout because you’re too busy. Before you know it, all your progress gets erased and you’re right back where you started.

How many times has this happened before?

It’s frustrating because most diet and exercises are doomed to fail.

They never produce the results you’re hoping for. And that’s because they fail to address the BIGGEST obstacle holding you back.

So… what is this obstacle standing in your way?

It’s your brain.

Yes, the true secret of losing weight has little to do with diet or exercise. Almost every diet and exercise program works if you stick to it.

But the truth is the way your brain is wired has more to do with your long-term success than anything else. And there are few if ANY programs that focus on the mental aspect of losing weight.

How many times have you gotten embarrassed, sad or depressed before reaching your weight loss goals? Your diet or exercise program didn’t fail you - your own thought patterns are what messed you up.

You have to fix the unconscious neural patterns that control your decision-making process. Otherwise, you’re doomed to repeat this cycle of failure over and over again.

My good friend John Assaraf is one of the world’s leading authorities on brain science. You might know him from one of the eight movies he’s been in or from his two New York Times Bestselling books.

John has discovered a way that you can re-train your brain so you DON’T keep repeating this same cycle of weight loss failure.

His methods have helped tens of thousands of people around the world remove the mental and emotional barriers that are holding them back.

He has an incredible weight loss story of his own. You can hear all about how he was able to use this brain re-training method to lose 40 lbs of pure fat - without going on a crazy diet or exercise program.

You’ll learn how you can re-train your brain in the comfort of your own home using a few simple “Innercises” that program you for permanent weight loss success.

If you’d like to learn more about John’s brain re-training weight loss methods right away, then listen to this:

John’s giving a free webinar called Winning The Game Of Weight Loss. He’s going to be sharing his weight loss story and the brain re-training methods you can use to program your mind for weight loss success. You’re going to learn how to lose all the weight you want WITHOUT an insane diet or exercise plan.

This training is NOT an exercise or diet program. And it can work with any current weight loss plan you already have in place.

What this training will do is help you remove the mental and emotional barriers that are standing in your way. You’ll finally be able to release all your feelings of shame, fear and frustration and start making weight loss easy and fun.
