Why the "Learning Loop"?
Hi there, LinkedIn! I am here to introduce myself, and this introduction has been long overdue.
Yours truly- Nagham El-Khalil Naamani- a wife, daughter, mother, sister, friend, educator, and recently, a certified personal coach.
I am deeply passionate about lifelong learning and continuous personal and professional growth.
This newsletter, "The Learning Loop," is a platform where I aspire to share insights acquired throughout my career and personal life experiences. I aim to delve into how learning, self-development, and serving others can shape our lives.
I'm ever so grateful for the wonderful mentors and role models who sparked my curiosity and helped me develop a perpetual love for learning. My journey into adulthood and subsequent education and coaching endeavors have taught me that pursuing knowledge is a never-ending journey full of surprises.
Early in my career, I came across the term "growth mindset," coined by psychologist Carol Dweck. It struck a chord with me and has greatly benefited me in all aspects of life. It made me realize that it is truly fascinating how much our mindset can impact our success and well-being.

I've also come to appreciate how closely linked fulfillment, finding our purpose, following our passions, and serving others are to developing new skills, acquiring knowledge, and continuously growing. As I ventured further into my profession, I realized that sharing what I've learned with others is just as important as learning itself.
In my all-time favorite book, "Man's Search for Meaning," Viktor Frankl suggests that the key to a fulfilling life is not the pursuit of happiness, as everyone mistakenly believes, but rather the pursuit of meaning. I can’t agree more!
In my opinion, serving others is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling ways to find meaning and purpose in life, and I've been truly privileged to witness firsthand the transformative power of coaching and education and the positive ripple effects they can have on individuals and communities.
So, to conclude, why "The Learning Loop"?
It is simply because I am convinced that learning and giving back are the paths to happiness, success, and making the world a better place. On this quest in "The Learning Loop," I hereby invite you to join me as we learn from each other's experiences and continuously strive to improve ourselves and, hopefully, the world around us.
