Why is it so difficult to find my ideal next hire?

I have been looking for the perfect Client Service Executive for some time now. You know, someone who is bright, personable, smart and a terrific client facing, product knowledgeable team member. Not that tricky is it? Especially when we are finding brilliant staff for our clients every single day - housekeepers, nannies, drivers. Surely we should have installed our new brilliant exec by now?

Apart from when you consider what the product is. The Organisers basically do anything and everything for our clients, as long as it is legal and morally sound! So one day we might be knocking down a wing of a property and rebuilding it; the next we might be finding the perfect school place for an international child; the next could find us arranging the relocation of that child's family and even doing their unpacking - all whilst arranging a party, hiring a housekeeper, firing a nanny and sourcing a silver beige cockapoo.

So product knowledge is always a challenge, because you have to know a bit about most things. But the key driver in success at The Organisers is belief - believing in our mantra that anything is possible, it just might take longer or cost more!

The person I am really looking for, apart from being a believer, is someone who is versatile, discreet, has a can-do attitude, reeks of practical thinking and doing skills and has loads of property experience. Especially in managing it - our clients live in some of the best homes in the UK and being able to look after them to the right standard and ready at a moments notice for residency is key in our service offer.

That versatile person with brilliant PA and computer skills is out there, I know it! Hopefully they want to give themselves a new job with our award winning brand for Christmas. Oh yes, and join in our Christmas B1G1 charity giveathon!
