This collaboration represents a powerful step toward unlocking opportunities for women to excel in high-demand cybersecurity roles and to lead the global conversation around innovation and security.

The demand for cybersecurity professionals is skyrocketing, but the gender gap persists. This partnership focuses on addressing this challenge by:

Key Initiatives Under the Partnership

1. ICON of the Year Award We are launching a special ICON of the Year Award to honor women leaders driving impact and innovation in cybersecurity. This award will celebrate those who exemplify leadership, resilience, and excellence, inspiring future generations.

2. WICxSkillsReady Challenge Through this challenge, 250 scholarships valued at $4500 per scholarship will be awarded to women in CSA Bangalore Chapter offering access to Microsoft applied skills credentials, project based, and peer to peer network to prepare them for thriving careers in high-demand roles.

3. Cyber Detective Game We’re bringing cybersecurity to life with the Cyber Detective Game—a gamified, interactive learning experience designed to help participants build critical skills like risk assessment and incident response in a matter of weeks.

4. Global Thought Leadership Talks on BrightTALK A series of Global Thought Leadership Talks will feature renowned experts and business leaders discussing emerging trends, AI in cybersecurity, and strategies for building an inclusive and secure digital ecosystem.
