Women Delivery Partner in Cookr

As a woman who has written about women, I often ask myself, "Can women do everything that men do?" 

We celebrated 75 years of independence, but we're not sure if women truly gained their freedom through financial independence. Right? 

Freedom is precious, also being financially independent is much more so. It gives greater energy, more choices, and higher mobility.  

Women I see today are shattering all types of stereotypes, pursuing all fields, operating their own businesses, and the number of female entrepreneurs is expanding. 

Yes, women are showing that they are capable of doing anything that males can. Then we wondered, "Why is the rider job exceptional for women?" Many of you have observed that there are a lot of women riders working in the e-commerce industry. 

Women’s Passion for Riding: 

Riding a motorcycle has always been linked with men as a hobby, passion, or even a profession. But recently, a group that's been thought of as a genre for women a few years ago has grown immensely and exceeded all recognition. The highly motivated group of female riders in India are following their passion while sticking to the ideals of the finest riding culture. Contrary to common belief, International Women's Day is about recognizing the equality, growth, and triumphs of the incredible women who help to make the world a better environment.  

Show Social Courage: 

 When a woman chooses to liberate herself from any physical or mental constraints imposed on by social stigma, she is a brave lady! She is brave if she dares to do what she desires and goes outside of her safe zone. 

 Women aren't only in your life to display their jewelry or bury their real personalities. They are there instead to shoot and destroy the constraints society continuously places on them. I think the hands in the kitchen that cut the veggies could kill almost as easily. 

Boldness is important for us to lead a better lifestyle without giving it up your liberty or your opinions. No matter how many times you are publicly shamed, whether directly or indirectly, don't change your stance. Be always firm and speak clearly. And keep being who you really are in front of the whole! 

Cookr Hires Female Riders: 

We strive to provide chances for female job seekers in various fields. We figured that since we value gender equality, we should strive to hire female riders as well. It isn't as easy as just hiring more women for this role to increase the number of women in our delivery fleet. We are in the process of adopting safety precautions for female riders in order to ensure their safety in the upcoming. The following are the safety measures we would like to set up going forward: 

Access to Safety-related Training and Toolkits: 

We are planning the idea that all of our female delivery partners will take part in self-defense training as part of our onboarding. In addition to our first-aid supplies, each woman's delivery partner will get a practical safety and hygiene pack. 

Deliveries Without Contact by Default: 

We are planning to make contactless deliveries the norm for late-night deliveries in order to put our female delivery partners' safety first. 

Dedicated Help: 

We're going to set up an extended helpline and a dedicated support group for our female partners, with a focus on responding quickly to urgent requests in order to put safety first. 

In the near future, hopefully, people didn't immediately identify people in this society as delivery boys and would instead recognize them as delivery partners. 

We remain open to feedback from our delivery partners and aim to make any required changes no matter how small—to offer Cookr a more pleasant work environment.
