Women Reshaping the B2B Revenue Landscape

Women Reshaping the B2B Revenue Landscape

As we approach Women's Equality Day on August 26th, it's important to acknowledge the progress made towards gender equality while recognizing the hurdles that women have had to overcome. This year marks the 103rd anniversary of the Nineteenth Amendment, which legalized women's right to vote. We celebrate the contributions that women have made and continue to make to society.

Women Reshaping Revenue Leadership

This week, our CEO Roli Saxena, and VP of Technology Partnerships and Channels, Lizzie Chapman joined other revenue leaders from G2, Instapage, Opensense, Sendoso, and SmartBug Media for the powerful webinar, "The Revenue Revolution: Women Reshaping the B2B Revenue Landscape". This distinguished panel discussed relevant topics from breaking through the glass ceiling and imposter syndrome to the power of empathy in leadership.

Lizzie shared her insights on experiencing imposter syndrome while stepping into unfamiliar roles, highlighting that it can be a superpower. Instead of shying away from the challenges of acclimating to a new role, she uses it as an opportunity to provide a fresh perspective, challenge the current way of working, and as a result gives permission to team members to do things differently. Roli also shared her personal experience with imposter syndrome, which she combats through positive affirmations and a supportive community.
