March marks Women's History Month, a time to recognize and honor the achievements of women past and present.

To celebrate this month, SourceLab is spotlighting some of the remarkable women who contribute to our success and make our workplace truly exceptional.

Meet Brittany Sklar , Associate Director of Talent Strategy.

Q: How long have you worked at SourceLab Search?

A: My journey with SourceLab began before its official launch. I joined the team as an intern in 2019 when it was still the digital division at The Bachrach Group.

Q: What quote resonates most with you?

A: "This too shall pass."

Q: What's something about you that might surprise people?

A: I am obsessed with my Berna-doodle, Winnie!

Q: What does Women's History Month mean to you personally, and how do you think it should be celebrated or observed?

A: It should be celebrated year-round; women should be running the world. 

Q: If you could have dinner with any woman, past or present, who would it be and why?

A: If I could have dinner with any woman, it would be Taylor Swift. She is my idol and an inspiration to women and girls everywhere.

Q: Can you share a story of a woman who has inspired you in your career or life?

A: My mom and my sister are my biggest inspirations. They are both my role models and best friends. 

Q: What advice would you give to young women who are just starting their careers?

A: Be yourself. Be confident. 

Q: What's the most memorable piece of feedback you've received in your career?

A: Stick with it!
