Work-Life Balance and Mental Health must be embedded into the Organizational Culture

Our INSIGHTS sessions are always wonderfully interactive with so may questions and members sharing personal experiences. This week's conversations were particularly poignant.

As a CEO or investor of a fast growing company, you are spinning many plates and trying to be best-in-class at the office. Doing this while balancing relationships with your partner, your kids and your health is a real challenge.

Work-Life Balance and Wellbeing clearly need attention and that's what we are focusing on this month.

As tangible insights and tools for transformation is our mantra, we asked Cyril Peupion to join us for a session on how to transform work habits. Cyril has coached hundreds of senior leaders on how to be more efficient. He left us with four "gold nuggets":

  1. Impact Before Urgency
  2. Make Time to Breathe
  3. Focus Means Saying "NO"
  4. Book Meetings With Yourself

The recording of Cyril's session and a fantastic guide on how to create a weekly planner can be found and dowloaded from inside the community.

July 6th | INSIGHTS / The CEO

Oliver Harrison of Koa Health  will host Mental Health for All - A Digital Solution.

Oliver and his team have developed a range of personalised mental health solutions backed by science and designed to improve user wellbeing.

"I’ve lost two close friends to suicide, and supported a close family member living with bipolar. When you begin to look, mental health challenges are everywhere and the opportunity to help people and unlock human potential is just staggering. Working as an NHS doctor, it was clear that digital had to be the answer to opening-up access and supporting mental health earlier in its course, before small problems become big problems, but it had to be done properly.*

Oliver will talk about the science behind his company and show us solutions that you can implement in your own company.

July 8 | Mastermind: Peer-to-Peer Insights and Feedback

Hosted by Craig Marshall of OrganOx

Masterminds are informal hosted sessions, open to all members with opportunities to give and receive feedback from your peers in a safe, facilitated space. One member volunteers to act as anchor for the conversation.

This Mastermind will feature Craig Marshall, CEO of OrganOx in Oxford, who will share his experiences and thoughts on approaching and entering the U.S. market.

OrganOx is at the forefront of changing the way donor organs are preserved in the critical time between donation and transplantation. Their leading product, the metra®, harnesses patented normothermic machine perfusion technology to preserve donor livers for up to 24 hours prior to transplant.
