Would this Committee be another whitewash

So today i wont write a long piece, but i think this Ejura committee is just a whitewash, seriously this Ashanti Region Minister appeared before you said very unacceptable things and they allowed him walk away, anyway they may have other plans.However its very sad when high ranking Government officials appear before such committees and looks like they dont understand their own mandate, or it is defending the indefensible.

Was the police overwhelmed at any point which would necessitate a call on the military to intervene?what instructions went out to the military, because they act on instructions.

Is it the REGSEC that receives intelligence on security matters or threats and inform the Minister on the next cause of action or vice versa?.

The Minister said there was intelligence that a police station would be attacked, and other public buildings, well did the demonstrators attack any of the said buildings ? What the Minister said about the Ejura people ,Kaaka and his brother sums it all up.His emotional intelligence is not befitting of a Minister, he should not defend anything because the life that he sought to protect were lost anyway and this time innocent people.
