Have you ever had someone phone to tell you they are coming to visit in 30 minutes and your house is in complete shambles?

Isn't it amazing how quickly you can tidy up, wash & pack dishes away, clean counters and sweep the floor when you only have 30 minutes?

To do housework on a relaxed Saturday morning...

...well, it will take 2 - 3 times longer to complete the same amount of work because there's no reason to get it done any sooner.

We, humans, are fascinating creatures who put all sorts of limitations on who we can be and what we can do and achieve.

On how long something should take.

Or the way it needs to be.

Whether that's a result of some kind, a certain number of clients or a monetary amount.

We put ourselves in mental prisons and remain trapped there until something happens that shakes things up.

These limitations come from what we've been told and what we've seen. It's what we believe to be true (even when it's not actually true)

From our conditioning, beliefs and programming.

One of the main objections I've had to my 6-week Confidence & Business Accelerator is that it's only 6 weeks long.

Some people feel that's not enough time to have a meaningful shift in their business.

And I totally get it!

Most coaches have been taught to create 3, 6 and 12-month programs.

They've been taught to fill their program will all sorts of training and videos that aren't necessary.

Because that's how they will justify the high-ticket fee. (instead of based on the result the client will get)

They've been taught that you need to have weekly or monthly calls only and there's no other way.

But this is someone else's belief you've taken on.

It's what worked for them that they have now taught to you.

It doesn't mean that's the way it needs to be

Ever heard of Parkinson's Law?

Parkinson's Law states that work will expand to fill the time allotted for its completion.

What I've found, in my 4 years of coaching various clients, is exactly that...

...People will take as much time as they are given to complete assignments, create content, start to put new habits in place, etc.

I don't know about you but when I'm working towards achieving a result, the sooner I can make that happen the better.

Give me the choice between 6 weeks and 6 months for the SAME result and I'll hands down choose 6 weeks every time.

Because there's an unnecessary COST to it taking longer in time, energy and money!
