New Application Note alert! In this study, we performed automated image collection and analysis in a high-density microplate format that enabled dose–response analysis of neuron cultures with multiple neurite outgrowth characteristics. Fluorescent immunocytochemistry-based evaluations yielded sensitive and specific detection of stimulatory and inhibitory effects on outgrowth parameters in both neuron culture models.
