- Congratulations APRC Partner Kenneth Williams! - Kenneth Williams was awarded the Collaborative Excellence in Prevention Award at the Connections in Prevention Conference on September 27, 2024. Kenneth is known nationwide for his outstanding leadership in enforcing alcohol compliance and tirelessly working to reduce youth access to alcohol in Illinois. He has played a key role in training over 400 law enforcement officers across the state on alcohol compliance checks, significantly enhancing prevention efforts. As a certified trainer, Kenneth has improved enforcement practices and fostered collaboration between law enforcement and local coalitions. His dedication to data-driven prevention strategies and involvement with the Illinois Youth Survey has been instrumental in raising awareness and helping communities reduce youth retail access rates.
