Here at AWS, we’ve been working with customers across every industry on their genAI journeys and are seeing agentic AI create business value across workplace productivity, transforming business workflows, and creating net new innovation.
For instance, take the team at Cognizant that is using Amazon Q to help automate mortgage compliance workflows and deliver productivity improvements of more than 50%, while also reducing errors and rework. Others like Moody's are using multi-agent systems on AWS to cut down time spent on financial risk reports for their customers. A process that used to take one week turned into a multi-agent application that can now complete the same task in just an hour.
With the new agentic AI org, our mission is to provide the scale, flexibility, and value that customers and partners require to innovate using agentic AI with confidence, as well as build agents that are not just powerful and efficient, but also trustworthy and responsible.
