📢 Event Alert: Modelling World Conference Session: Advances in large scale dynamic traffic assignment and simulation – now a realistic option. Speaker: Michael Mahut, Senior Director, Mobility Simulation, Bentley Systems. There is an increasing need for large scale transport models which provide higher realism and greater sensitivities to a broad range of factors while simultaneously providing desired properties such as high levels of model convergence and practical run times. Recent years have seen significant progress on several fronts, including improvements to traffic flow models, convergence, calibration tools and run times. At this year’s Modelling World Conference Michael Mahut will present an overview of recent advances and insights from a few state-of-the art OpenPaths DYNAMEQ’ applications.
