🎉We are excited to announce that Sabesp has been honored with the Bentley Systems 2024 Going Digital Award in the Water and Wastewater category! Sabesp’s Integra 4.0 Cultural Transformation Through Digitalization project, which aimed to ensure reliable access to clean water across 375 municipalities in São Paulo, Brazil, was chosen for its exceptional digital transformation, seamlessly integrating water supply, sewage, and sanitation data into a single digital environment, combining business intelligence with AI for proactive network monitoring and maintenance. Leveraging OpenFlows applications for integrated hydraulic modeling and analysis enabled Sabesp to monitor leaks, ensuring accurate and efficient management of water resources and assertive maintenance of network infrastructure. As a result, they achieved a 29% reduction in water losses, saving approximately BRL 3.1 million in corrective maintenance, and reducing corrective services by 30%. Congratulations to the Sabesp team for this remarkable achievement! We also extend our recognition to the other outstanding finalists: 💧 Beijing Shougang International Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., Wanhua Chemical (Penglai) Co., Ltd. for their Seawater Desalination Project in China 💧 L&T Construction for their Uttar Pradesh Tube Well Project under Jal Jeevan Mission in India. #YII2024 #DigitalTransformation #WaterInfrastructure #Innovation
