Led by shamanic sound healing artist, Robin Kang in collaboration with Adrian DiMatteo and Diego Bravo, this therapeutic and rejuvenating experience combined multi-instrumental sacred sound, breath, and energy work among the palm trees, providing participants with stress relief, healing, and a moment of respite during the busy workday. Last week, as one of our many celebrations surrounding Women’s History Month at J.Crew, we had the privilege to partner with Dr. Elizabeth Comen, on a conversation focused on women’s health—inspired by her newest book, "All in Her Head". Dr. Comen’s book is based on ‘the truth and lies early medicine taught us about women’s bodies and why it matters today.’ This inspiring discussion was introduced by our J.Crew Group CEO Libby Wadle, and facilitated by our Chief Information Officer, Danielle Schmelkin. In an ongoing commitment to build community within Brookfield Place New York where our Corporate Associates reside —we had the opportunity to host our event at Convene within the building and had Brookfield Place colleagues join us as well. We know that we are better together and appreciate and acknowledge the strength and vulnerability that our conversation with Dr. Comen fostered, especially during the Q&A portion of the event.
