#Reuse ♻ applies to more than just plastic. Last month, the Department of Energy added new categorical exemptions for environmental reviews under #NEPA. Constructing energy storage on previously developed land or rebuilding existing transmission lines are now categorically exempt from the NEPA review process.     With a strong incentive to repurpose land, communities may start to see less development in local green spaces.
