How are manufactured home communities distributed by size? A recent report by MHInsider reveals that about 29% of known communities are in parks that range from 25 to 99 homesites. 16% have 1-24 homesites, while approximately 33% have 100 to 299 homesites. Only about 3% of MHCs have 300-499 homesites and 1% have between 500-999 homesites. Known communities with 1,000 homesites or more only amount to 0.002%.
