After months of dedicated work, as team leader of Cause Marketing Initiative | Northwestern Medill and IMC student I am excited to announce that we have completed the rebranding, social media audit and strategy, and marketing strategy for one of Chicago's most iconic non-profit organizations Lambs Farm. I had the pleasure of working with an amazing team that made this possible Sanjana Bhanvadia Yihao Jiao Shelly Liang Andrew Fox Joshua Hong Jenny Han Thank you all for your hard work and dedication! A special thank you to Marisa Rademaker for trusting us with this project. It was truly a pleasure working with you and the entire team. About The Lambs 🌳 Their mission is to enrich all lives by helping people with developmental disabilities lead productive, happy lives and connecting with the human spirit in us all. Lambs Farm has a remarkable history. In 1961, Bob Terese and Corinne Owen opened a small pet shop on Chicago’s State Street. It was like every other small business with one exception: the 12 employees had developmental disabilities. Today, Lambs Farm has grown into a 70-acre farm that makes a difference in the lives of nearly 250 Participants and welcomes thousands of visitors every year.

Cause Marketing Initiative | Northwestern Medill X American Legion Post 42 The first time as a team leader working with a real client, the journey was completed last week, and it was really a journey with tears and happiness.  Not feeling confident in the beginning, not knowing how to initiate the project, no guidelines like the syllabus in class, no strict standards to track whether our team is doing well, and so on. Many uncertainties and insecurities led to the way of researching, brainstorming ideas, and teamwork. I love my team and have learned different perspectives from them. Each of them has different cultural, educational, and professional backgrounds, but thank you so much for believing in me, we have worked out the results that we are proud of and the client is satisfied!
