I like to explain our management philosophy as the evolved "happiness equation", firstly presented by Alexandre Otoshi several years ago. We, as the company leadership, can only be happy if 1) our people are happy, so they can strive to attend our 2) clients, making them happy, which generate results for the 3) shareholders, making them happy as well. In our business, this can only be done through our partners! in fact, the original version of the equation had our partners at the center!
