This week, I had the opportunity to be present with the CMPC LATAM Comercial team Claudia Tapia Richard Lewis Fernando Pintarelli Sérgio Alan Cekaitis de Oliveira José Miguel Rojas Gutiérrez, as well as our General Director for Guaiba Antonio Lacerda and our CEO Francisco Ruiz-Tagle at the Fastmarkets Forest Products Latin America Conference 2024 in the beautiful city of São Paulo, Brazil. The event was a great opportunity to meet our Brazilian and Latina American customers, connect with other industry leaders, exchange insights, and reflect on the challenges that lie ahead. The pulp and paper industry plays an important role in the economy, particularly in Latin America, where our forests and mills are located. This industry not only drives development but does so sustainably. Leaving São Paulo, I’m even more excited about the road ahead and the impact we can make together.
