I love this 'Founder Mode' discussion. I shared it with my leadership team, and 3 principles stuck with us as we build Coro by Bain & Co. within the much larger Bain & Company entity: 1. Don’t hire managers, only hire people who can “ship the product” on their own 2. Don't be afraid of micro-managing 3. Make sure to practice skip-level engagement These specific ones might have struck me because we already practice them (or try to practice them).
