🌟WA Innovator of the Year Awards🌟 🤯 Mind blowing to see WA innovators changing the scope of multiple sectors and changing the world 🤔 Contemplative to think that we are only at the tip of what AI can do and to think how fast innovation will progress in a very short period 🤩 Star struck to hear the phenomenal Prof Fiona Wood AM light up a room with her energy and ideas for the future of science ➡️ If we can unpoach an egg, can we unburn skin? ➡️ If we can monitor electrical currents in the brain with electronodes, can we power electronodes with our thoughts? ➡️ If we can use these electronodes to activate the bodies repair receptors, can we think ourselves well? Inspiration, celebration, and communication. An incredible evening and congrats to the winners, then nominees, the people supporting the nominees, the event team and sponsors 👏 The WA State Hubs were beyond proud of the diverse talent represented at the event, across all of our fields WA Data Science Innovation Hub (WADSIH) CyberWest Hub WA Life Sciences Innovation Hub #WAInnovation Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation Edith Cowan University

Hey hey, CTV friends! Wongy here, & last year I went to the end of this event to see the games built over the weekend on show. It was my introduction to games being made, and to some of the amazing WA gaming community. I met women with engineering, marketing, software, HR backgrounds who had met for the first time & built games together over the weekend. I met game developers, creative directors, lecturers and subject experts who volunteered their time to mentor the participants. The outcome was incredible. I saw first hand what women bring to the gaming industry & the power of collaboration. We need a lot more of it! So after we’ve celebrated the talented superstars 🌟 of game development at the Women in Technology WA Inc. (WiTWA) awards Nov 8, we can meet the future game devs at the Level Her Up event 👏 Have a go! Register for FREE because you can build it 🕹️👩💻👾 #WomenInGaming #WomenInTech #MadeInWA #WAGIC
