In 2016, I joined the very first CCW Advisory Board, and it has played a huge role in my personal and professional development ever since. The networking opportunities and the connections I’ve made have truly shaped the way I approach customer experience – after all, our customers are also each other’s customers, and by working together, we elevate the entire customer journey. This industry is a small world — more like a family. Watching my peers grow as leaders has been inspiring, and it’s incredible to see how much we’ve evolved.
