It’s Evolve Newsletter time!

It’s #TuesdayNewsday! Here’s this week’s edition of the DGT Evolve newsletter!

Today here at EvolveHQ saw what felt like the one-hundredth edition of ePMA #SuperUser School! Our amazing Digital Transformation Nurse Specialists Laura Wickes and Ximena Gouveia, our new Digital Clinical Practitioner team, and our always-awesome DGT Improvement & Innovation Academy CQI Team have delivered class after class of #SuperUser school, building capacity and capability for digital transformation, and embedding our CQI model in the way we #DoDigital. As it stands today, we can fill two-thirds of our ‘floorwalking’ rota for Phase 1 ePMA go-live with our own Trust clinical staff. Because they know the Trust, the wards, and the work, they are best-placed to support their colleagues through this change. And it also means that when the go-live is successfully completed, we keep their knowledge and skills in the organisation so that they can both drive and support future changes and continuous improvement. #ThisIsTheWay We don’t believe it’s enough for our #SuperUsers to have in-depth system training; we want to equip them with knowledge and skills to help our clinical teams safely accept and embed these significant changes to their clinical practice. In the picture you can see Sean, who is now one of our CQI Catalysts, having worked as a business change analyst with our Clinical Systems Development Team for many years. Sean is teaching CQI Fundamentals to our latest cohort of SuperUsers, including understanding how people feel through change #KublerRoss, and starting a movement, courtesy of Derek Sivers (great clip if you haven’t seen it - https://lnkd.in/g82cx47).
