When Dan Fantl's daughter Avery was getting ready to graduate from high school last year, he and his wife encouraged her to find and apply for scholarships, as she would be heading off to college in the fall. Avery found the EECU scholarship, and knew she was eligible to apply since her dad had an auto loan through EECU. Fast forward to a year later, and Avery has completed her first semester at the University of Alabama, with the help of a scholarship award. "Ultimately, we just want her to be happy," says Dan.
