Very cool to see our #follettfellow in action! Nice work, Katherine C. Sredl, Ph.D.
When I am learning and experiencing community, I know that I am having my most meaningful human / professional experiences. That's what happened at the Family Business workshop I led at the Association of Croatian-American Professionals 2024 conference on Oct 4-5. We focused on the Croatian family part more than the business part (nod to IFERA - International Family Enterprise Research Academy), we built community, and we left with one tangible action we could take when we came home after the conference. Thank you to all who engaged in our conversation at the workshop and to ACAP for believing in me and putting my idea into the program. I liked being part of the organizing committee and I deeply enjoyed contributing through this workshop #familybusiness #familyenterprise Peter Hazdovac Biljana Lovrinovic Abel Ognjen Bagatin John Gasparac, CPA Here are the slides - was too in the moment to take a photo. Let's grow this community - please re-post ! And comment for any follow up ideas.
