GIE publishes original, peer-reviewed articles on endoscopic procedures used in the study, diagnosis, and treatment of digestive diseases. GIE is the official journal of ASGE. Other research publications of the society are VideoGIE, an Open-Access, online-only, monthly video journal, and iGIE, an Open-Access, online-only journal that launched in December 2022.
