An incredible start to October! We wrapped up an inspiring EduTech Africa Summit, in Accra - Ghana, in partnership with Precept Human Capital Advisory. It was a groundbreaking event, where students took a major step towards becoming job-ready with in-demand IT skills! Over the course of the event, participants engaged in: - Panel Discussions with industry experts  - Networking Opportunities - Future Focused Speeches from Industry Leaders The formal launch of our Career Shaper Platform in concert with Precept Advisory Ltd, Ghana, was a great success, met with enthusiasm and excitement from participants and delegates alike. Representatives from Cote d'Ivoire, Nigeria, Tanzania, Uganda, and USA were active participants in the panel discussions and networking that followed. The event on the 3rd of October, in Accra, Ghana, was hopefully only the first of many to come in the African region. We are excited to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between HCLTech EdTech's Career Shaper™ and ICT Academy, witnessed by the Hon'ble Minister for Information Technology and Digital Services of Tamil Nadu, Dr. Palanivel Thiagarajan (P Thiaga Rajan), in Madurai on September 30, 2024. This strategic partnership marks the beginning of a collaborative effort to deliver cutting-edge learning programs and tech solutions, with a focus on global opportunities. As part of the MoU, we will establish two Centers of Excellence dedicated to both engineering and non-engineering students. These centers will enhance educational quality through faculty development initiatives and partnerships with industry leaders. The partnership will also launch the "ICT Academy Powered by HCLTech Career Shaper™" platform, offering industry-aligned, job-specific programs designed to equip learners with the skills they need to thrive in the digital economy. Our goal is to empower over 100,000 learners by providing training in digital skills, analytics, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data science, and engineering, all through a blend of formal education, internships, and mentorship from HCLTech experts. This collaboration underscores our commitment to bridging the skill gap and fostering innovation in education and technology.
