About us
The Transformation Network serves the academic, social, and cultural needs of students, faculty, families, and staff at Hillsborough County's most vulnerable and high-need schools. A Division of Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS), the Transformation Network currently serves 45 schools, including over 3,500 teachers and staff and 27,000 students; 89% students of color, 92% receive free and reduced lunch, and 17.5% student with disabilities. The Transformation Network model focuses on ensuring that every school and every child are supported by 5 key levers of school change: - High Quality Instruction - Effective Leaders - Collaborative Leaders - Safe Supportive Environments - Engaged Families
