Honoring Independence Day with the results of our recent initiative 🇺🇦 Charity Work Day. Part 1 📍Reminder: Not long ago, the team at Incora | Software Development Company took part in the Charity Work Day initiative. Instead of a usual day off, the #incorateam was working to then donate all the income to the Incora for Ukraine fund to support Ukrainian defenders. Now, we can finally share how the funds were used. We often get requests for vehicles, equipment, drones, etc., but recently we got one for EcoFlow. For those fortunate ones who don't know, EcoFlow is a portable power station. These are popular in Ukraine now due to power outages. There have been blackouts for 10/15 or even 20 hours. While it is hard to live without electricity, it is even harder for our defenders, who already live in difficult conditions. So, we got 2 power stations for the 130th separate territorial defense battalion. Since the first days, the battalion has been constantly on the frontline. When was the last time you celebrated your birthday? Recently, Incora | Software Development Company marked its 9th birthday. As a part of the celebration, we held a charity auction. The #incorateam participates in charity initiatives daily, whether it's our fund or another cause. But the action has become an unchangeable tradition at every company event. It’s like any other auction, but all the funds go to support Ukrainian defenders. After all, it is to their credit that we can work and even celebrate these days. We had 13 lots this time, including special book editions, some painted cartridge cases, and even a PS5. But the main one was probably a giant mine case, beautifully painted and turned into a lamp by our teammate. In less than an hour, we raised around $3,600😱 This is just enough to buy a powerful ELINT for our teammate’s father. Keeping up💪🏻 We continue helping our Ukrainian defenders with their requests. This time, we got one for a thermal camera for the 96th Kyiv Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade. Thermal cameras act as “eyes” for our defenders in darkness, rain, or any other reason for poor visibility. They detect any temperature changes in seconds, making it possible to notice suspicious activities on the frontline. That's why the AGM Rattler TS19-256 thermal camera is already working on the Kherson destination. #ukraine #supportukraine #fundraising #volunteering #charity

We don’t need a “thank you.” Incora for Ukraine has been working for over a year now. The fund supports Ukrainian defenders, those affected by the full-scale invasion, and everyone who needs our help. We continue to actively raise funds for cars, drones, ELINT's, and other equipment. Although finding the necessary items can sometimes be difficult, every ‘thank you’ from our military reminds us why we work. Our defenders do not need to thank us, but they do. We appreciate every “thank you” we get, especially the official letters of appreciation we get from the brigades and units. 4/10✅ Another vehicle to the Ukrainian defenders. This time, we bought a Volkswagen T5. This model is bigger than usual pick-up trucks, but just as needed. They are better suited for large cargo and hard roads. The vehicle is already heading to the 15th separate artillery reconnaissance brigade. The main purpose of our fund is to help Ukrainian Defenders. While it remains our top priority, still it is not the only goal. Thus, we often support children in the orphanages. This time we have sent notebooks and educational toys. These will help young people learn general topics; also reading, writing, grammar, and math tasks; along with logical thinking in addition to other skills, like 📚 attention training 📚 memory training 📚 speech development 📚 analysis and critical thinking 📚 body coordination and rhythm and much more. Developmental simulators will help students acquire the skills necessary for a fulfilled life. Charity is the reason, goal, and outcome that this fund was created for. Incora for Ukraine provides constant support to Ukrainian defenders. However, we are often the continuation of the initiatives that #incorateam undertakes. Like this one. Last Friday, on the day of the Ukrainian Constitution, the team at Incora | Software Development Company celebrated in a special way. Usually, this would be a day off, but not for us. We worked for the Armed Forces of Ukraine: all of the income for the day will be donated to support the Ukrainian defenders. While we are actively working to get 10 cars for our defenders, we are not forgetting their other crucial needs. One of these is ELINT. ELINT - Electronic Signals Intelligence. ELINT blocks signals, including satellite, mobile, and most importantly, drone communications. This prevents enemy drones from targeting our defenders. We recently bought one for the unit where our colleague's father serves. ELINT is already in place and protecting our defenders from enemy drone threats. 3/10✅ The process of finding and delivering cars to the front is much more complex than it seems. It takes a lot of time and effort. But we are doing our best to speed it up. And just like that, we have already handed over the car to the 124th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade. The car should arrive in Kherson just in time to replace the previous one, which burnt down a few days ago. The timing was in our favor, but only this time.
