We are thrilled to announce the grand opening of the Infosys Foundation USA “Tech Innovation Lab” at Discovery Place Science in Charlotte, NC! This state-of-the-art lab, sponsored by the Foundation and Infosys Financial Services, showcases our flagship digital learning platform, Infosys Springboard USA, offering 11,000 free courses in the latest technology trends and professional development content for K12 educators teaching computer science. At the "Reveal Reception", guests enjoyed a dynamic experience featuring our interactive GenAI Avatar, “Keira,” who engaged with attendees by providing real-time answers about science, AI, Infosys, and the museum. Visitors also explored the "TogetherTales" experience, where they could generate personalized children's stories and picture books using AI-driven prompts. Designed by the Infosys Center for Emerging Technology (iCETS), with inputs from the Foundation, Infosys and Discovery Place Science teams, this lab is designed to ignite a passion for #technology and #AI skills among students and the wider Charlotte community. As part of Infosys ESG Vision 2030 of empowering 10 million by 2025, the Foundation is committed to increase access to the vast resources of Infosys Springboard USA for all. The Tech Innovation Lab is just the beginning of our efforts in Charlotte and the wider North Carolina community. Over the coming year, as the technology build-outs expand, we will deepen our partnership with Discovery Place Science to welcome middle and high school students for fieldtrips, mentoring and hands-on digital learning experiences.
