JCCC Office of Inclusion & Belonging reposted this
More than 3,000 graduates will walk across the stage this Friday at JCCC's 54th Commencement Ceremony to signify the completion of their degree or certificate program. Despite a steady nationwide decline in college enrollment over the past decade, this year’s graduating class is 10% larger than the 2022-2023 class. “The certificates and degrees they earned at JCCC have prepared them well to begin the next journey with confidence. Each and every one of them has a lot to be proud of," said Dr. Judy Korb, Interim President of JCCC. Sending a special shout out to this awesome group of leaders here who are part of the 2024 Leadership Cohort for the NEJC Chamber. They participated in a 2HR workshop on Navigating Bias in the workplace that our office facilitated and proved to be great representatives as they bettered themselves for the cities and organizations they represent. Thank you to Workforce Development & Continuing Education at JCCC for the support and assistance in setting this up!
