🩷October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 🩷   1 in 8 women are affected by breast cancer in their lifetime. Although 5-10% of cases are hereditary, there are some lifestyle factors you can manage to lower your risk of breast cancer.    Frequent breast exams or genetic counseling are important components to assessing your risk of and catching cancer early.
